Our Company
Our company was founded in July of 2004. We started with 16 units and big dreams. Currently, Cradit &
Kennedy owns 48 units. We have done lots of upgrades on all of our properties and pride ourselves in our appearance. Cradit
& Kennedy Properties, LLC is owned by Larry & Treina Cradit and Tom & Kristin Kennedy. We have
been friends for over 14 years and enjoy passing on good deals to our tenants. We hope you give us the opportunity to
